WebbI had the bbq duck. -Wished it was cooked for to medium versus well done so it was just a tad chewy. -The bbq sauce is sweet and vinegar based which helped balance the fattiness of the duck skin. I think the same bbq sauce was used to glaze the duck however I thought it was too light. my wife had the bison, medium rare.
