Webb4 nov. 2024 · Fast forward to 2024 we still have Simplisafe and just purchased the outdoor camera. It works well. You can talk thru it and watch live. It is motion sensored so it will record and send you recordings of whoever walks close to it. No false alarms, and no cars driving by alert it. It is well made. WebbI’m very disappointed. The solar panel is not charging the battery for the camera, there’s plenty of sunlight daily for about 10 hours or more in El Paso Tx and it will not charge the battery is drain daily. My camera is in the driveway. I brought two panels not much traffic on the second camera backyard can really tell if it’s working.
