WebAs part of the AES, we use the Inclusive Meritocracy Index (IMIX) to measure progress towards a culture where both people and performance matter in order to enable employees to reach their full potential. As of 2015, the IMIX comprises 10 AES items covering the areas of leadership, performance and corporate culture.
