Feb 1, 2010 · WebScrew the 5×55 threaded rod into the tensioner; compress the tensioner piston and remove the belt. Remove the water pump (three bolts). Clean away all spilled coolant. Rotate the mount clockwise into the area vacated by the water pump and remove it. Remove the old tensioner (two bolts) and tensioner roller (8mm hex).
