I have zero soldering equipment/skills. Would a local repair tech do this for me if I brought them the board?

The only setting I can adjust (computer controlled with a touch panel) in constant burn is a slider from 1 to 7.

Airflow restriction is not the issue you have the opposite. Replace the ESP its not expensive and take 10 mins.
