WebNoticed that no one answered. By now, you may have received your refunds. Our October cruise was canceled. Refunds showed up about 30 days later. This included all of the Cruise Planner purchases (unlimited packages for food & drink) and funds (prepaids, transfer, port/taxes) owed from a March cancelation. I did not get insurance back.
